If you’re looking to free your audience from the thoughts that are holding them back, teach them new ways of thinking, and unlock exceptional opportunities in their lives, this is your keynote.

It’s impossible to escape the negative thoughts in your head. You’re hearing so many “what ifs” and too many of those end in negative and honestly unrealistic resolutions. If your life is being ruled by negative thoughts, you’ll never be able to move forward to pursue your dreams.

Jenna Hope Harris knows this better than anyone. For far too long, Jenna allowed her thoughts to hold her back from living the life she knew she was called to live. She allowed her thoughts to take her captive instead of the other way around. The Bible tells us to “take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:5).

This world will scream that you’re not enough and all the forces of evil try to creep into your mind to pull you down. The human brain has a natural tendency to give more weight to negative thoughts than positive ones. Psychologists refer to this as negativity bias. When we focus on the things of this world, the negative thoughts in our brains, we reshape our perception into seeing negative things! You’re robbing yourself of exceptional opportunities. But you’re called to “not be conformed to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2).

This keynote will help audiences break the pattern of negative thinking by accepting the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16) and recognizing their negativity bias so that they can unlock exceptional opportunities in their lives.

Audience takeaways:

  • Discover they can take their thoughts captive instead of letting their thoughts run wild in their heads.
  • Learn to control their thoughts, recognize negative patterns, and learn how to stop these negative thoughts.

  • Realize that they have power over their minds and they do not have to be victims to their thoughts.
  • Start to think about their thoughts through the mind of Christ - renewing their minds from the toxic patterns of this world.
