3 basic truths

I need to make the wise choice.

I can trust God no matter what.

I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Each month your child will learn a memory verse, a bottom line, and a basic truth.

WELCOME TO FAITH FACTORY!

Now faith is confidence of what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1

At Westside, we invite the adults to be ALL IN with our 6 engagements: Worship, Serve, Give, Learn, Group, and Invite and we invite the kids into this same path in Faith Factory.

Faith Factory kids WORSHIP in large group time, SERVE through our 4th/5th/6th Grade serving team, have the opporunity to GIVE through kids offering, LEARN through age relevant sermons and small GROUP lessons and activities, and lastly we encourage them to INVITE their friends.

Click the links below for detailed information regarding specific age groups.

Security & Wellness

If you are visiting Westside, you will need to stop at the Kid's Guest Check-In desk in The Path to sign in your child for the service you are attending. At your first visit, a volunteer greeter will give you a simple welcome booklet and a quick tour of your child's area. The visitor registration process only takes about 5 minutes.

CHECK-IN/SECURITY PROCESS

Our number one value in Faith Factory is safety! We want you to feel confident and comfortbale leaving your child in our care so you can worship without worry. We use and ID# system in Faith Factory that lets us know your child belongs to you. When you first register we will collect your name, phone number, and child's name to enter into our database.

Nametags for the kids and pickup receipts for the parents will print, and you're off to class! At each visit, your pickup receipt has a random number that will match the number on the kids' nametags. You must have a printed pickup receipt to pick up your kids from their classrooms.

At your child's classroom you will provide your child's name and your phone number. If your child needs you during the service we will text you.

We also have a Security team that monitors Faith Factory during each service. No one without a staff or volunteer name badge is allowed in Faith Factory hallways during the service. Parents may check on children at any time during the service, but you must present your pick-up tag to be given entrance into Faith Factory.

TWO OR MORE

We have a policy of two screened and trained volunteers in any room before we will open that classroom to children. No Faith Factory staff or team member will be alone with a child or group of children under any circumstance.

SCREENING & TRAINING VOLUNTEERS

Finally, all of our Faith Factory volunteers go through an application process that includes reference checks, a limited criminal history background check, and area-specific training before they ever begin working with children.

HEALTH & WELLNESS POLICY

For the protection of all the children in Faith Factory, we ask that you not bring your child if he or she has been sick (fever, vomiting, non-clear runny nose, diarrhea, rash, eye inection, persistent cough, or any other contagious illness) within the last 24 hours. If your child becomes ill while in our care, you will be contacted immediately.
