Iljin cho

Pastor

"Iljin and his wife, Lauren, joined Faith Bible Church in 2021 by God's gracious and clear call to serve. Married in 2018, they have one child and two cats. Iljin recently graduated with a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Before that, he taught at a Christian High School for two years. They are excited to join this family because of the church's genuine faith in Christ and sacrificial love toward each other. Acts 20:28 is an important verse in Iljin's ministry because it is a great reminder of who is in charge of the church and how precious the church is.

victor arnett

elder

Victor and his wife, Barbara, became a part of the Faith Bible Church family in 1986.  They were married in 1961 and have 4 children, 9 grand-children, and 8 great-grandchildren.  Victor is a retired refrigeration engineer and has lived in 10 different states.  His hobby is "fixing things" and you will see him on any given day at the church doing just that!  Victor has said that he loves serving at Faith because it stands for the Lord and His Word.  A verse that has guided his life is Psalm 34:18, because it helped him realize his need for total dependence on God and His strength.

harold hougham

elder

Harold and his wife, Debbie, have been attending Faith Bible since 2013.  Married in 1982, they have 4 children and 9 grandchildren (at last count).  Harold grew up in Inglewood, California and works as a consulting mechanical engineer. Philippians 4:6,7 are meaningful verses in Harold's life.  He and Debbie have been encouraged by the genuine, loving, Christ centered faith that is seen in the people of FBC and feel privileged to be serving here.  In his downtime, Harold enjoys being with his family, gardening, and doing "all things handyman" around the house.

Brendon Miller

Deacon

"Brendon Miller and his wife, Savonne, have been attending Faith Bible Church since 2021. Married in 2014 in Tacoma, Washington, they have two young boys. Six years ago, Brendon and his family moved from the East Bay to Sacramento County, where they have found a warm and welcoming community at Faith Bible Church. They are continually grateful for the love, support, and authenticity of the congregation, which has helped strengthen their faith.

Brendon works as a Security Service Technician, and he enjoys riding his electric unicycle around the Sacramento area in his free time, as well as camping with his family. A favorite verse that has help guide Brendon’s walk with Christ is Matthew 5:16, which is a constant reminder to him that we need to remain disciplined in seeking Christ through his word and through prayer in order to continue shining God's light in our day-to-day encounters with people, whether that be at work, at the grocery store, etc. It also allows us to be ready to share the gospel, where opportunities present themselves.

Brendon is grateful to be a part of Faith Bible Church, and is encouraged to be serving alongside such faithful servants of Christ."

Dexter Miller

Deacon

"Dexter became a part of the Faith Bible Church family in 2021. Originally from the Bay Area of California, Dexter now resides within Placer county where he continues to work as a project manager. His favorite hobby is electric uni-cycling with his peers. Dexter is committed to continuing to walk with and to follow Christ along with serving others as God has commanded in His word. Romans 12:2 is a verse of scripture of which is very meaningful in Dexter's life. Dexter is also very excited and fortunate to be able to serve those within Faith Bible Church after witnessing how faithfully, sincere, and loving the congregation is."
