Matt was amazing. Went above and beyond. Had a "puking" incident in my vehiclea and I was at a loss how to get the smell out. He was quick to respond, came and picked up my car, cleaned it out and brought it back. No evidence of the unfortunate accident left behind. When he took my car the passenger floor mat (the one that caught the brunt of the vomit) was in my garage. He came back the next day to pick it up and clean it and brought it home 30 min later. Said he was concerned if it wasnt cleaned properly the smell would return. It's now been a few days and my car smells amazing and looks as clean as the day I bought it. I will be a returning customer!
