THE GRANDSTAND ROOM
The Grandstand Room at Saddlebrook Golf Club is a welcoming, adaptable banquet space located on the second floor of our clubhouse. With comfortable seating for up to 60 guests and a total capacity of just over 100, it’s the perfect setting for graduation parties, bridal and baby showers, reunions, and other celebrations. Guests enjoy access to a spacious outdoor patio, as well as three wall-mounted TVs with HDMI hookups, YouTube TV, and streaming app capabilities. A cozy corner bar can be staffed by a Saddlebrook bartender to provide beer, wine, and a selection of spirits on a cash bar basis. The room offers a blank canvas that allows renters to personalize their event with decorations and creative touches, all while keeping things simple, flexible, and affordable.
What is the room capacity and seating available?
The Grandstand Room can hold just over 100 people, with seating available for 60. The rental also includes access to the outside deck, weather permitting.
What are the rental costs and additional fees?
The rental rate is $150 per hour, and there is a $60 per hour fee for staffing the bar with a bartender. Tax is included in the rental, as well as food and beverage purchases.
Is there a minimum rental time?
There is a minimum 3 hour rental.
What are the deposit requirements?
A 25% deposit is required for events scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This deposit is nonrefundable and secures the date from being reserved by another party.
Can we bring our own food and beverages?
Guests may self-cater events with their own food and non-alcoholic beverages, provided they sign a waiver of food safety liability before the event. However, outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited by course rules and state law; a Saddlebrook bartender must be present to serve alcohol. Any outside catering must come from a licensed and insured food distributor.
Is the venue accessible for guests with limited mobility?
The Grandstand Room is accessible only via two flights of stairs, and there is no elevator. Guests with limited mobility may have difficulty accessing the second floor, so renters are responsible for informing all guests of this limitation.
What is included in the setup and cleanup?
The rental includes four complimentary hours for setup before the event and one hour for cleanup afterward. Additional setup time may be arranged at no charge, subject to availability.
How can we view the room?
The room can be viewed during regular golf course operating hours. It is recommended to call the clubhouse in advance to ensure the space is not occupied.
How can we arrange a rental?
