We host events of all sizes and we can assist your group every step of the way from the beginning planning stages to the final putt.  Larger groups of 100 or more can book “Full Shotguns” to start at a single morning or afternoon time with exclusive use of the course. The Westchase Grill overlooks the 9th and 18th greens and will serve your guests before and after your round... We also have conference and meeting space available..If you have a group of 12 or more players, email or call us – we will make it a very special day for you!

We offer your event:

• Advance booking up to 12 months before the event
• Personalized cart signs, scorecards, event overview letter, event scoring and pin placement
• Registration table for participants with alphabetical tee time listing
• Personalized Westchase bag tags for each guest
• Golf shop merchandise credit or prize fund
• Range balls  for your guests before the round
• On-course contests – Long Drive, Closest to the Pin, Long Putt, etc.
• Titleist or Srixon – Complete set of golf clubs are available for $40 per player
• One  master charge account for all purchases : golf shop,  beverage carts and  for the Westchase Grill.
