Google's calendars are fully featured and free.  They will sync up with Outlook, smartphones like iPhone, Blackberry and Android.  Any changes made to a synced Google calendar from your smartphone or computer will automatically appear on a calendar you embed here.  You can embed a google calendar with a free google account.
